Your Reunion Committee has begun working on our Septuagennial reunion event and has selected a date for the celebration. Please mark your calendars to save that date for joining with classmates for an afternoon of catching up and to avoid planning any other conflicting activities.

Some Website Changes

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We created a new pair of pages in this website for the 80th Birthday Celebration that took place in 2019, replacing the page that was presented via Ced Bennett’s website for that event and updating the link under “Other Useful Links” (in the column on the right-hand side of this page).

Our website statistics indicate that not much visitor traffic occurs on the information covering those older events. So instead of putting in the extensive work of converting the other three event reports from 2017, 2014, and 2012 pages, we’ve just connected those links to the original pages on Ced’s site.

Announcing our new Class of 1957 website

This is the first news post introducing our brand new GWHS Classmates (Classes of F’56, S’57, F’57) website, dedicated to information about classmates, class events, and other news of interest. It replaces the event reporting information pages squeezed into Ced Bennett’s photography website (those pages will remain until they are migrated over into this new Class of 1957 site dedicated to our classes).

This site is currently still under construction. However, it is finally starting to take shape enough that it can be released to make what is already finished, available to you. We hope you will appreciate and enjoy what has been accomplished.

Aside from the information available on this home page of the site, we’ve also completed a Memorial page that will stay as up-to-date as we can make it, based upon the information we obtain about classmates who have passed. It has already been updated beyond the previous presentation / publication initially made available at the May 6, 2023 reunion event.
